The aim of the project is to reduce manual workload through digitalisation and automation, accelerate and improve the accuracy of production data collection, and streamline the entire process from planning to the transportation of finished products.

As a result of the project, cost estimation and subsequent monitoring will become more efficient and require less manual work. Laboratory processes will be digitalised, enabling the company to increase the volume of services it provides.

The company will also become better equipped to respond quickly and adjust production when necessary. In addition, the project will create opportunities to offer new, more environmentally friendly products with a lower carbon footprint.
