Kopli 16 area is located in a former rural district, which has transformed into an important cultural, entertainment, and residential area in the last decade. Considering the proximity of the Old Town and the current and planned developments, it can be assumed that Kalamaja can be thought of as a part of the heart of Tallinn, with Kopli Street at its center. When planning a building in the Kopli 16 area, we have considered building a building that not only blends into the current environment but also looks to the future.
The building is designed along Kopli Street, forming part of a single street front with commercial premises. The building has an underground parking floor with 20 parking spaces, where there are also utility rooms, storage spaces, and a bicycle parking lot. On the ground, the building is divided into two distinct volumes, which are connected by a single glass gallery. Commercial premises and one four-room apartment are located on the first floor of the building. Living spaces are located on the upper floors of the building.
