Capacity Information:

• Construction of a tunnel from the return junction underneath Ülemiste railway station

• Construction of a new tramway, tramway return circle at the end station, and end station building

• Construction of traction substation, catenary network, power cables, etc

• Protection/reconstruction of existing utility networks and construction of new utility networks.
